1. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: You may return unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The product must be in its original, unopened, and untampered packaging.

  • Opened Products: Opened products may be eligible for a refund if at least 70% of the original contents remain. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Certain items, such as sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please refer to the product listing for specific details.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

  4. Ship the Product: Return the product to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the product may be returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for unopened products within 30 days of receipt.

  • Process: Follow the return process outlined above. Upon receiving the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item to you.

Note: Customers are responsible for any price differences and return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify our Customer Support Team at biak@kraymart.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

  3. Resolution: We will assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Note: Failure to report damaged or defective products within the specified timeframe may limit our ability to provide a resolution.
6. Exceptions

  • Legal Restrictions: We do not ship to locations where kratom is prohibited. Orders shipped to such locations will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

  • Opened Products: Returns for opened products are subject to inspection and may be denied if they do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
