Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • Business Days: Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local laws, we are unable to ship kratom to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

  • Cities & Counties: San Diego, CA; Parker & Monument, CO; Sarasota County, FL; Jerseyville, Alton, Edwardsville, IL; Ascension, Rapides, Grant Parishes, LA; Union County, MS

Please ensure that kratom is legal in your area before placing an order.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country’s government upon arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking tools:

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer support team at biak@kraymart.com

  • within 7 days of receipt.
